You will continue to have access to Mapi Compass services until the last day of the service period you have already purchased. No refunds are provided for partial months if cancellation occurs before the end of the current billing cycle.

Before Service Activation: Subscriptions can be cancelled before account activation with full refund.

Professional HSQE Services Refunds / プロフェッショナル HSQE サービス 返金

For professional HSQE services, refunds will be issued on a pro rata basis for work that has not been completed. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the actual hours worked versus hours billed, as outlined in individual service agreements.
